Long term education & skills plans aligned to regional industrial and economic strategies – developing and delivering a strategy for STEM education
It is generally accepted that the current pandemic will emphasise the existing need to re-design and re-focus our process for building an appropriate skills base for the future. These plans will need to reflect local needs and local strategies. One thing is certain – that a future workforce will need to be educated and skilled in the technical areas related to the STEM agenda. How do we develop a long-term plan to achieve this across the education system?
